The subject is yet to be formally approved but I think it it will look something like this:
“Review of the Cultural and Strategic Challenges and Opportunities of duplicating the Learning Organisation as a Strategic Choice and Structure for businesses as they seek to internationalise business operations”.
This paper will regard Emerald as an example of a Learning Organisation and seek to identify the risks and rewards of managing and maintaining such a structure and strategy as the business internationalises further and overseas offices continue to grow and develop cultures and strategies of their own. Specifically, I will address issues of organisational learning, ‘local for local’ and ‘local for global’ innovation in the UK, Gulf states and China.”
