A quick post from Liverpool train station. Just left a conference on the use and the future of the VLE.
Though it's always interesting to see what folk are up to it is a little depressing to discover that in many cases the stories aren't that different from years ago. However, not all bad - enjoyed Mark Stiles and Susan Neales (OU).
Must dash - train and OU tomorrow.

It's a funny thing isn't it. I remember Jonathan Barker an MCB director opening a business awareness session on the internet when it was all fairly new to us. He said something like, "online publishing is like sex when you are a teenager. A lot of people are talking about it but very few are doing it and of those that are doing very few are doing it well".
