My first piece of news here is to let you know that, from the August meeting of the Academy of Management, I will take on the role of PDW (Professional Development Workshop) Chair for the Management History Division (MHD).  This is the beginning of a series of roles on the MHD Executive team, culminating in Division Chair, several years hence.  Given the close relationship between the Division and JMH, I think there is a natural synergy here and I look forward to playing a positive role in the Division's activities.

I hope you will use this space to share similar news, to make suggestions about JMH and generally keep in contact with each other about management history matters.
