1. To ‘grow’ membership
2. To establish BCCRA as the ‘voice’ of city centre residents and to represent residents at appropriate forums
3. To lobby for improvements to the city centre’s public realm and for its ongoing maintenance
4. To lobby for city centre located health care facilities
5. To liaise with the police to combat crime (including anti social behaviour) and to address the fear of crime
6. To improve the provision of city centre recycling facilities
7. To be a consultee on city centre planning applications
8. To be consulted on city centre events organisation & planning
9. To produce positive PR/Marketing for BCCRA (and the city) including a launch event
10. To secure funding to promote and execute the above
