When I want to save my reviews to a memory stick in Drive F on my laptop, I get a message to save files to Drive G. This never caused a problem till this afternoon, when I tried to download this week's reviews. The Emerald software refused to transfer the files to the stick in Drive F. How can I get the software to download to Drive F, please?
