Currently I lead a small, influential team designing next generation products and services for Emerald Group Publishing. This is both a technical authority and product management role. It is strategic in nature and scope.

The products and services I have started to roll out for the business have also been adopted in-house for supporting a Community of Practice approach to staff development which incorporates strong elements of Action Learning.
