This is the InTouch community of the Customer Transition Project, an Emerald Academy investigation being carried out by Margaret Dunne, Nazish Saleem, Ruth Young and Matt Burton.
We hope that this community will act as a discussion forum for the project, where team members can discuss ideas and track progress.
The team also welcomes the advice, comments and support of Emerald colleagues who may have an interest in the project or a desire to aid our research.
